The European Election Observation Mission of the European Union ANGOLA 2008 is implemented by GTZ International Services, Brussels. GTZ has entrusted the security issues related to the deployment of the mission to GEOS International.
The mission activities are managed and coordinated by the well experienced international operational team composed of Eric de Hennin (Programme Manager Europe) and Philip Clist (Programme Manager Angola).
